DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at CPS Loop Office\, 42 West Madison S
 treet\, Garden Level\, Board Room. The Board President and the Chief Execu
 tive Officer have determined that registered speakers who wish to present 
 during Public Participation may have the option to participate in person a
 t the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an electronic platfor
 m. The public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.or
 g.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin as indicate
 d in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Public Participatio
 n guidelines. Board Meetings will be live-streamed to the general public o
 n the Board website (www.cpsboe.org).\nFor the July 8\, 2026\, Agenda Revi
 ew Committee Meeting\, advance registration to speak will be available beg
 inning Monday\, July 6th at 10:30 a.m. and will close on Tuesday\, July 7t
 h at 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in speaking can sign up. After the 24-ho
 ur registration period\, a lottery will randomly select a set number of sp
 eakers from those who registered. For example\, if 100 people register\, t
 he lottery might select 30 of them to speak. This process provides everyon
 e with a fair opportunity to address the Board. Advance registration durin
