DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at CPS Loop Office\, 42 West Madison S
 treet\, Garden Level\, Board Room. The Board President and the Superintend
 ent/Chief Executive Officer have determined that registered speakers who w
 ish to present during Public Participation may have the option to particip
 ate in person at the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an ele
 ctronic platform. The public will have access to the meeting via live stre
 am at cpsboe.org.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will be
 gin as indicated in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Publ
 ic Participation guidelines. Board Meetings will be live-streamed to the g
 eneral public on the Board website (www.cpsboe.org).\nFor the August 12\, 
 2026 Agenda Review Committee Meeting\, advance registration to speak will 
 be available beginning Monday\, August 10th at 10:30 a.m. and will close o
 n Tuesday\, August 11th at 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in speaking can si
 gn up. After the 24-hour registration period\, a lottery will randomly sel
 ect a set number of speakers from those who registered. For example\, if 1
 00 people register\, the lottery might select 30 of them to speak. This pr
 ocess provides everyone with a fair opportunity to address the Board. Adva
